Softwood: £120-140/m² installed. Composite: £160-180/m² installed. Includes ground prep on flat sites. Sloped or terraced installs quoted after site visit.

Wingham-specific notes

Wingham gardens often have significant fall from house to rear boundary. Level decking on a sloped site means either raised support (posts concreted in) or a stepped deck. Both worked into the design at quote stage.
