What to send

1. Wide photo of the full boundary. Stand at one end and shoot the whole run. Second photo from the other end if it's over 10m.
2. Close-up of the current fence if you're replacing an existing run. Tells me what's coming out.
3. A rough count. Panel count, or metres, or "seven fence panels plus a gate". Any of those work.
4. Your postcode. Tells me the address, the CT-band, and whether Wingham CA rules apply.
5. One line on what you want. "Closeboard rear boundary, standard 6ft, replace existing" is plenty.

What comes back

Same-day (in working hours) fixed price in £/m against a specified material list. Includes labour, materials, spoil removal, post-mix concrete. VAT included where applicable. Not a range - a fixed price you can hold me to.

When I need to come out

Site visit needed on:

• Any run over 30m where the boundary bends or drops significantly
• Anything on a listed elevation or attaching to a listed structure
• Driveway gates on a highway frontage (sight-line check)
• Any decking install on a sloped garden
• Orchard-boundary runs on the exposed Preston or Staple side where I need to see the wind exposure
